Before shipping your order, normally RedHippoo needs 2-4 days for preparation and packaging. Therefore, the processing time is separate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding!

  1. We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Except some countries and APO/FPO/DPO. We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section. Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
  2. Normally we provide Free Shipping via Air Mail. It's cheaper, but slower. We will deliver the items in 2 working days (except weekends) after receiving your payment. Parcel takes 1-5 weeks to arrive. Delivery time depends on destinations. Remote countries and strict Customs (e.g. Brazil, Russia) will make it longer than 4 weeks, Please Be Patient. If you cannot wait for that long, please choose other Express shipping ways. With Express shipping, we use EMS/ FedEx/ UPS/ DHL/USPS carriers.
  3. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
  4. We only ship to orders width confirmed addresses. Your order address must match your Shipping address.
  5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
  6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.

Please note that buyers are responsible for all Customs duty and import taxes fee in your country. Customs duty is out of our control, we can't guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. We will help you to declare the item as a "gift" with low value. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.

All our items will be checked and packed in good condition before shipping. We will try our best to satisfy all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us under the original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Before return the item, please contact us for the detailed return exchange instruction. We will refund you after receiving the returned items.

Condition to have full refund:

    - Returned items must be in the same condition as recieved.

    - NO Refund: Worn, strange scent (Perfume, Odor), or Altered garments.

We can’t accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.

When you return product, please include a note with:

    - Your name

    - Order Number / Code Order

    - Product ID number / SKU number

    - A brief reason for the returned product.

Buyer will pay for the shipping cost for returning the items.

Note: Tights, jewelry, swimwear, Lingerie and beauty items are not able to be returned or exchanged
